Olivia Miles has turned her first WNBA season into something larger than a Rookie of the Year conversation. With Minnesota sitting atop the league, her production has become part of the MVP discussion as well.

The most impressive part is not one scoring burst. Miles has paired roughly 20 points per game with high-level playmaking and efficient shooting, including better than 40 percent from three in current season reporting. That combination forces defenses to respect both the pass and the pull-up.
